Motivation

Sep 26th, 2008 | By Won | Category: Personal

It is surprising how often we are passionate about one thing and go about our separate daily-lives the next day. Sometimes we simply forget. Other times, we are distracted by something less important. We hesitate. And soon, the same urge we had before is no where to be found.
Perhaps a reasonable [...]

Microsoft Arc – Foldable Mouse

Sep 25th, 2008 | By Won | Category: Device, Microsoft

When it comes to daily-using tools, because we use them everyday, we tend to overlook the necessities and possibilities for improvement. In most case, we are not even aware of the defects a product have, because we adept at using them. These factors simply show why it’s difficult to come up with an [...]

Once again time has flown by

Sep 20th, 2008 | By Won | Category: Personal

As of yesterday, I’m officially exempt from all military reserve duties.
In other words, I only need to occasionally participate in so-called ‘civil defense training’, which consists no more than few hours of lecture on outdated military propaganda.
Hurray!
Although I’m glad that it’s over, can’t really tell which is better, the passive drowsiness-inducing lecture [...]

Sep 10th, 2008 | By Won | Category: Apple, Device

The new iPod Touch has been revealed yesterday along with new iPod nanos. Unfortunately the new iPod touch does not have GPS as previous rumors suggested. Nor does it have a camera which I personally long for.
As usual, Apple has introduced a device that is not new, but merely a improved version of [...]

Why did RealAudio fall?

Sep 6th, 2008 | By Won | Category: Apple, General Opinion

Real Audio ‘Used to be’ the #1 in media player market. They gave away their place to Windows Media Player in 2004 and never regained its place nor its market share since. This year January, Real Audio fell further in the competition of the media players with iTunes rising up to take its [...]

Picasa 3.0 Beta

Sep 3rd, 2008 | By Won | Category: Softwares

Perhaps due to the hype of sudden appearance of Google Chrome, it seems new beta version of Google’s Picasa is neglected.
I’ve personally been fond of this program and been using it ever since. I currently use a Mac at home and haven’t found a satisfying substitute yet. Many Mac users are [...]

Nowadays we see CAPTCHA all over the internet, that is ranging from Shopping malls to personal blog pages. The term CAPTCHA would not be familiar to most people. If you are a person who do own a blog, here’s a simple scenario using CAPTCHA. Most bloggers may have experienced their homepage being [...]
